How do I install the lights?

Can I cut the light strips?
Yes, you can cut your LED light strips to fit your panel height!
Before cutting your lights, unplug the power supply from the wall. You can quickly cut the lights to size using scissors. Simply cut as required through the LED strip, and use the supplied black silicone end caps to finish the top off. For further cutting instruction, please refer to our installation guide linked here.
Can I install the LED light strips in a kitchen or bathroom?
The lights can be installed in a kitchen or bathroom, but must be installed away from water, heavy steam, and extreme heat sources.
Can the LED light strips be used outside?
The light strips are designed for interior use only.
Can the LED light strips be used without smart devices or Wi-Fi?
Yes, the LED Light Strips can be used without a smartphone or Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is only needed when controlling through the Smartlife app. You can also operate the lights using the included dimmer switch or the remote control.
Can I connect multiple LED strip packs to one remote?
Yes, multiple LED strip packs can be connected and synced with a single remote, creating a seamless, uniform lighting effect across your wall slat installation. Be sure to use each kit’s dedicated splitter and power unit to avoid electrical overload.
What do I do if I have plug sockets, windows or other items to install around?
The lights can be trimmed to fit around obstacles or specific areas. For detailed cutting instructions, please see our installation guide linked here.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is your return and exchanges policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us via email at harry@leomain.com within 14 days of your order being delivered that you wish to return your order.
